Connections By Design Therapy Group
The Connections By Design therapy group will help you feel better inside and out. During the group sessions you will learn tips to decrease your stress and practice simple strategies to use in your life! You will learn mindfulness-based skills that highlight the mind-body connection. Sessions will help you heal, learn, and grow through information-giving and therapeutic activities involving body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit. It will help you increase your confidence, self-esteem, and ability to feel better in your relationships with yourself and others. This group meets monthly on Tuesdays from 3:30-4:45.
