During times of challenge & change we understand the stress, confusion, isolation, grief & perhaps even at times joy that may arise. As trained therapists, Nancy Kessler & I are committed to facilitating a safe space to process what is happening, share cultural traditions/rituals for coping & develop individualized tools to cope & maybe even thrive going forward. Additionally, the group will serve as a mutual resource with the option to continue as a self-facilitated group after our 8 weeks online together. For now the group is on pause, we welcome you to reach out with any questions or with any future interest.
