Connect and Process - woman's group
Esther Perel says "we are living in the age of AI - Artificial Intimacy. Where I can have 15000 friends on Soical media but no one to feed my cat". This Bimonthly group was designed for mid 20s-30s yr old women to have more connection with other like-minded women to establish more community and connection. The 90 minute sessions are one part - experential and one part - process.

New Moms support group
The focus of this group is to support new moms as they adapt to all of the changes that motherhood brings. Motherhood is full of complexity and our culture fixates that motherhood should be "full of joy and excitement"....yes, but it can also be challenging. This support holds space for the joy AND all of the other adjustments like postpartum depression, lack of sleep, lack of time, loss of connection with others/partners, mother wounds, parenting, etc. The hope is participants will feel seen, heard and supported in the good and the hard.
