Compassion Focus Group
This is a psychoeducation and skill development group. The group focuses on increasing compassion-based understanding, skills, and integration. This is an 8-week group where 8-12 members attend. Members in this group come to (1) learn about compassion-focused theory and increase their knowledge, (2) practice/develop a compassion-based coping skill, and (3) discuss and share their experience related to the content and/or the skill development.

Boundaries and Assertiveness
This is a blended psychoeducational, experiential, and process group intended to empower individuals who have challenges setting and keeping boundaries and/or speaking up for themselves in social situations. This safe, therapeutic, and supportive group has the following aims: (1) help members develop more insight into the nature of their social challenges, (2) help members increase in social courage, and (3) provide members with specific tools, strategies, and skills required to become an empowered self-advocate.

Adult Process Group
This is a general process group for adults of all ages. Clients in this group come from all walks of life and experience various mental health and relationship challenges. There are 6 to 10 members in the group. The group is facilitated by two co-leaders who foster a safe and therapeutic environment. The members come to share, connect, and challenge one another in therapeutic and interpersonally productive ways.
