Create Healthy Relationships, is a therapy group for women, focusing on self- focus/empowerment in relationships. In the safety of a secure environment, you will gain insight into yourself and how you function in relationships, starting with the relationship with yourself. As you share life experiences and bond with each other, your strengths and weaknesses gradually unfold in miniature. Though honest disclosure of your feelings and the willingness to receive feedback as to how others experience you, you will be able to explore and heal your co-dependency issues, empowering you to create the loving connections you've always wanted.
