Closed for 2023:The Artist Way Group

This time limited therapy group will meet in person once a month for all 12 months of 2023. We will use the book The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron, following along one chapter per month. Together we’ll use this approach as a guide to heightening self-awareness, identifying and focusing on personal growth goals, and deepening and expanding your creative self, all while supporting each other in a safe, compassionate environment. 11-12 Group; 12-12:30 potluck lunch; 12:30-2 art class
