This subscription gives you access to a psychoeducation resource library with over 100hrs of workshops, workbooks, podcasts and more. The material is built using evidenced based practices of CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. There is more demand for therapy than there are resources, so I wanted to offer a comprehensive option that doesn't replace therapy but helps supplement or provide resources while you are on a waitlist.
