Friday, October 25th 9:30AM-10:15AM. A mindful movement and meditation one time workshop designed for mothers and their babies. We will utilize natural rhythm and developmental movement sequences for somatic bonding and attunement to your babe. Led by a clinical therapist and registered dance movement therapist.
