CBT/DBT/Mindfulness
Currently individual sessions only: Explore several Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness based practices. These topics, in part, focus on the construction and re-construction of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This methodology uses numerous systemic and goal-oriented techniques to address undeveloped or dysfunctional emotions, behaviors, and thinking processes. Specific strategies are formulated to tackle particular issues followed by implementing actions to enact positive change.

Currently individual sessions only: Life Skills aid us in managing and living a better quality of life, help us achieve goals and objectives, and live up to our full potential. They are often not directly addressed in traditional educational settings. Topic currently include; Resumes, Cover Letters, Job Interviewing, Public Speaking, Taxes, Financial Literacy, Housing (rentals etc), Career Planning, Study Skills, Goal Setting & Time Management, Diversity& Inclusiveness, Conflict Resolution, Anger Management, Self Care & Healthy Living, Screen Use Awareness, Communication, Dating, Automotive Basics & Bicycle Maintenance, and daily living skills.
Experiential Mentoring/Psychotherapy
Currently individual sessions only: Experiential Psychotherapeutic practices, in particular recreation and adventure, that engage clients in activities that allow them to more readily identify and address hidden (or subconscious) issues as they "let their guard down" and allow a deeper level of psycho-therapeutic work to be accomplished. Clients can identify obstacles, experience successes, improve their self esteem, and strive towards taking accountability for their actions and well-being. These types of activities also provide positive and alternative means to substance abuse, isolation, and addictions that many clients are faced with overcoming.
