CBT for Trauma (Veterans/First Responders)
Our structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) group is designed to provide a supportive and collaborative environment for Veterans and First Responders seeking targeted interventions for mental health concerns. This evidence-based program follows a structured curriculum, incorporating key principles of CBT to address cognitive distortions and modify maladaptive behaviors. Participants engage in a series of guided sessions facilitated by two of our VFR therapists, fostering a sense of community and shared learning. The group dynamic encourages mutual support and understanding as individuals work together to establish practical coping strategies, enhance problem-solving skills, and promote positive behavioral changes.
