Are you experiencing social isolation, long-covid or grief from COVID-19? This has been a long few years and many things are different. This will be a small group 5-10 people, i will provide art supplies and we can engage in discussion while creating to help you process situations you have dealt with , feelings you have experienced, intrusive or obsessive thoughts, find ways to honor changes that have occurred within or in surroundings together. Most importantly, you will know you are not alone. please indicate which group when emailing.
