As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable environment for my clients. Overall, I use an very authentic, egalitarian, honest, direct, dialogic and relational approach. I focus on the ability of clients to make changes and find freedom in their lives by utilizing their unique potential, accepting personal responsibility, and exploring the meaning in life that they desire. My style stems from my belief that the client's own internal knowledge, strength, and commitment to change is what ultimately holds the power. Relational Gestalt therapy highly informs my clinical work and therapeutic style.

Group counseling works because it reduces isolation and promotes a sense of universal development. The groups are provided through Virtual Telehealth that are equal to social gatherings. The material used through out the sessions are evidence-based educational material, and the groups are court approved for those that are mandated by the Courts. Each session is 50 - 75 minutes and help all participants realize they are not alone. Each person is welcome to talk about their experiences with others in the group that have personal encounters and feelings that are similar.

The Couples Renewal Experience is designed to transform your relationship by exploring attachment—the emotional bonds formed in early life that influence how we relate to our partners. Attachment styles—secure, anxious, or avoidant—affect communication, conflict, and trust. Imagine one partner withdrawing after an argument, leaving the other anxious and needing reassurance. This cycle, often rooted in attachment styles, can be healed. Through guided exercises, you will learn how attachment patterns shape conflicts and how to foster a secure bond, enhance emotional intimacy, and rebuild trust. Heal your attachment patterns and create a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
