Different Breed Sports and Bright Minds Therapy are working to help reduce stress and increase Mental Health. We will we hosting our 1hr event, where patients get the great experience in working with professional trainers and working out to reduce stress and anxiety. We will bring patients together to discuss the importance of physical health & its relationship with mental health. Please understand spaces are limited & sign up is upon first come first serve. Bright Minds Therapy is happy to announce our partnership with Center for Modern Dance. Our goal is to bring families & couples together with our new Group Therapy Partner Yoga. It is widely understood that Trauma can separate families and individua's both physically and emotionally. We lose contact with one another as we go "into our selves" in attempts to heal & make sense of our pain. Partner Yoga gives individuals an opportunity to work on both their physical health & relationships. It shows us that the healing process is not an isolated event, but a journey with those we love & care for.
