Beyond Anxiety: Connecting Despite Worries

This is an 8-week Process Group for individuals aged 18-25 in which their anxiety is negatively impacting their daily life. Group Goals: 1. Provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their experiences and emotions related to anxiety. 2. Facilitate peer support and connection among participants with shared experiences. 3. Teach effective strategies for decreasing and managing fear and worries. 4. Provide open discussions support participants in gaining a deeper understanding of symptoms, triggers, and how they have been impacted by anxiety, breaking down barriers to wellness, and increasing resilience
