Becoming Mama is a group designed to support Mama’s moving through all the things. Pressures of sleeping/feeding, parenting, changes in relationships, work/life balance and cultivating a new sense of self in this new season of life. This will be a 6 week, closed group to allow this group of Mamas a space to form connection and community in this new season of life. All participants must commit to all 6 weeks. All participants will be screened to ensure each member is a good fit and the group will be open to 10 participants.
