This is a 36 hour/12 session (bi-monthly) Professional Development group that is designed as part of a wellness program for individuals who desire a place to practice reflective listening, self care and creative mindfulness practices. Through both the psycho-educational and experiential approaches, you will learn, explore and experience ‘hands on’ therapeutic applications that can be utilized to enhance both personal & spiritual growth, creative needs and further overall wellness skills and professional development. 2022 Start Dates: (1st & 3rd Fridays) May 6th & May 20th through October 21st from 7-9:30 pm.

An eight session, Bi-Monthly, ON-LINE Support Group for CALIFORNIA Adults experiencing any significant loss! YOUR Story is Unique and Deserves to be Heard from "the Inside-Out". As David Kessler, International Grief Trainer says, "Our grief is as unique as our fingerprints.” As a Grief Educator/Marriage & Family Therapist, integrating the tools of Grief Education with Expressive Art Therapy, allows for YOU to tell your story, while navigating the Six Stages of Loss & Grief to Change and Healing where you will find meaning and purpose once again. *BEGINS May 7th (1st & 4th, Saturdays) 10:30am-1pm PST *Exception: May 21st, 2:30-5pm
