Awaken - High School Group
Awaken's group mission is to help adolescents cope, strategize, and implement new ways of thinking about topics such as: self advocacy, family interactions, personal responsibility, school-based stress, sexuality, coping strategies, internet safety, peer pressure, depression, and anxiety. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy emphasized. *This group is on a temporary break for the summer while the facilitator is on medical leave.*

Beyond - Middle School Group
The group focuses to motivate middle school students to be conscious of themselves and their environment while building self-advocacy skills. With an emphasis on social skills, the group aims to build upon individual strengths and identify potential growth areas. The group utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help students gain new skills, validate their experience, and gain confidence in tolerating difficult emotions and circumstances going forward. *This group is on a temporary break for the summer while the facilitator is on medical leave.*

Arts and Crafts Group
Join us as we discuss and utilize the benefits of arts & craft projects to improve our overall mental health, socially connect with others, explore different types of hobbies, and discuss how to work through making mistakes as we learn and practice new skills. Ages 14 and up are welcome. Ages 13 and younger need to be joined by an adult also attending the group. Bring your own arts & crafts to work on during group, or join in a communal project.
