Art does not require words to express, it is abstract, can evoke many feelings, get lost in the moment, and be one more outlet for people. Sometimes we really struggle to speak about our pain and emotions. When you engage in art you can get lost in the moment, and allow your subconscious to speak into the painting. You see at MSMW we want to provide different outlets for you and support your mental health journey. In group art, the therapist guides you in exploring deeper feelings and how to externalize it through your creativity.

Let's create a Telehealth group where we can discuss how tired we are about 2020. This is a safe place where members can discuss feelings about the adjustments having to make this year, share coping tools and learn some new ways to deal with the chaos of the year too. This is a processing group where members can meet others going through similar challenges. Let's hear your voice in a platform geared to continue to support you during these challenging times.
