Art Therapy for Caregivers

I'd love to create a small group (in person or telehealth) to help manage compassion fatigue/burnout. It might be great to rally a group of others from your workplace or even w/ a group of friends/colleagues. Think different groups. Here are some examples: a group for those who care for family members, those who are parents, mental health care workers, those in medicine, first responders, police, or firefighters. Keeping the group closed (that is, with the same, steady group of people) and time-limited (3-5, two-hour sessions) helps to provide a sense of emotional safety. Fee, TBD.
