Aria Mental Health is specialized in treating any types of traumas, including but not limited to medical traumas, such as complications after surgeries or negative experiences during hospitalization. Treating any types of anxiety, such as phobias and social anxiety, in addition to depression is also part of the speciality. Modalities that are used are as following: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), Structural Dissociation and Ego State Therapy, MORE (Mindfulness Oriented Recovery Enhancement).
