Learn the skills you need to cope better with your anxiety. The group will be small in size (maximum 8), we will meet virtually, weekly, and the primary theoretical orientation will be Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You will learn a systematic way to challenge and change thought patterns that feed into anxiety, as well as hands-on breathing and relaxation techniques to get your physiological response to anxiety under control. The group will consist of 8 weekly sessions, each 1hr 20minutes. It will be held either on weekday evenings, or weekends.
