You don’t have to navigate high school alone while avoiding anxiety that many peers are silently holding. Let’s normalize that humans live with anxiety, & there are healthy ways to feel and process it with support. Join a community of adolescents & find comfort, empathy, & guidance with others who understand. Led by an associate mental health professional under supervision, the facilitator will provide evidence-based practices & a safe container for healthy dialogue with tools to navigate life’s challenges, changes, & complexities. We are in this life together; we don’t have to manage anxiety in isolation!
