This 12-session, progressive training culminates with a completion certificate & improved abilities in addressing anger. Creative Processing: Monthly sesh that incorporates art, experiential, & creativity. PTSD: Trauma & PTSD Veterans: Mil, Vets, MilSpouses Mind Above is an inclusive practice & safe space for all.
