Anti-Anxiety College Group - College Girls

Do you know you worry and try to stop, but can’t? Does your anxiety sometimes prevent you from trying new things? Gain an understanding of your fears and worries during college, and discover healthy ways to respond to your anxiety, and learn to manage anxiety in your friendships.
