Anger Management/Domestic Violence-offenders only
Our court approved 12- week Anger Management group provides you with more effective tools for helping you better express your anger so that all of your relationships may improve. Our court approved 26-week Domestic Violence group gives offenders the tools to better express feelings without the use of violence in any form. It also allows offenders an opportunity to discover how substance use and abuse may play a role in this behavior.

DBT Skills Group
Starting on November 14th, 2020! This group is for those who have an individual DBT therapist or need one and would like the added benefit of a group setting to learn the necessary skills. The skills group allows you to get back to having more time in your individual sessions to work on yourself. If you are not a current client, you will need to have an assessment to assure the group will be the correct fit for you.
