Anger Management - Tuesdays

This co-ed group caters to both court-ordered individuals, as well as those who attend voluntarily or have been recommended by their family or workplace. Using a workbook titled Anger Management Essentials, members are taught various skills and tools that can be used in every day life to control their reactions to anger. Clients can ask for individual anger management sessions if they prefer. For the health and safety of clients, sessions are being run virtually via Zoom.
