Anger Management Training Course

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when our reactions become destructive, they can lead to some serious consequences personally, professionally, and socially. If this sounds familiar, you are not alone! There is help available and now is the time to embrace growth and change. Sessions will be held on Mondays and Thursdays via Google Meet. This course is being taught by a Certified Anger Management Specialist. Certificates of Completion will be provided, if needed, to individuals who complete all 12 sessions.
