Anger Management Group
This is a structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) group designed to help you learn and apply skills to better manage your anger. Sessions will focus on, but is not limited to, learning: relaxation techniques, cognitive interventions, communication skills interventions, and combining them. You will be provided with an electronic copy of the SAMHSA Anger Management participant manual, which we will refer to every session and for practice between sessions. The group meets for 90 minutes weekly via video for 12 sessions beginning on 1/3/2023 until 3/21/2023. Please contact me if you are interested.

Mind Over Mood is an eight week CBT group to help you change how you feel by changing the way you think. This group uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to treat anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or to just cope better with life’s stress. It's based on the workbook by Greenberger and Padesky. CBT is well-researched and effective in improving overall mood, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress & more. This is an interactive skills group.
