Feeling anger is okay! However, how we react internally and externally to the feeling of anger is generally where we see challenges. Our anger management program is designed to help you gain the skills necessary to deal with your anger in healthy ways. This is a co-ed group.

This group helps individuals either court ordered or independently motivated to learn and develop coping strategies that will help deal with urges, cravings and triggers as well as practice mindful presence being in the here and now. With varied interactive strategies such as videos and educational materials those who engage in this group are able to develop a sober lifestyle and learn to live in long-term recovery. A great benefit of this group is its cohesiveness as each member is able to share common experiences and learn from one another about the recovery process. You are not alone in your journey to truly live.
