Process and Psychomotor Group
This is an ongoing group for men and women which combines process and psychomotor work. Group members address issues including relationships, depression, anxiety, assertiveness skills, childhood issues, and grief. We also include two all-day workshops yearly, which gives group members an opportunity to deepen the work and relationships with one another.
