This virtual group is run like a class and teaches skills across four main topics: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills. Clients are required to complete homework assignments in which they practice the skills taught during the weekly lesson. Reach out to learn more about our other DBT group offerings including our Mindfulness for Trauma Group and DBT for Trauma Group. While the Mindfulness for Trauma Group is recommended prior to joining this group, it is not required.

Sexual violence is unfortunately prevalent in our society. This group is offered to women who have experienced intimate relationship violence, sexual abuse, rape, or sexual assault. The group is held virtually and provides education on sexual violence as well as emotional support from others who have had similar experiences. Participants must be connected with an individual therapist to join. If you’re interested in participating in the group and don’t have a therapist, please contact us and we will do our best to connect you with a clinician at our practice.

This group offers space for people who want to heal from past religious or spiritual trauma, abuse and/or adverse experiences. Participants are invited to share their story, and connect with others who have had similar experiences in an environment of safety and support. Participants will explore how these past experiences have impacted the way they move through the world, their relationships (with themselves and others), and their beliefs and values. Participants must be connected with an individual therapist to join.
