An educational experience designed to increase your understanding of how relationship patterns are formed, incorporating the latest in brain research and attachment theory. This is an excellent opportunity to help you "change your mind" and avoid toxic relationship patterns while learning core practices for self care. Upcoming sessions for 2021.
