From Survivor to Thriver Adult Survivors of Childhood Abuse Group Therapy. Wednesdays 7pm-8:15pm starting November 1st to December 20th. Structured format including psychoeducation and trauma recovery skill building. Learn self care and how to build healthy relationships. Guidance towards your healing journey with support. $30 per session or $25 per session ($200) if pay for all 8 sessions up front.
