Adult Substance Use Group

While each individual’s journey is unique, group therapy sessions are a place to find common ground. Groups provide non-judgmental peer support from those who understand the challenges of overcoming addiction. The camaraderie and kinship that comes from other group members can make an enormous difference in the healing process. Through dialogue led by trained facilitators, group members can gain strategies and coping skills from others with similar experiences. Learning from each other while being vulnerable is a powerful way for those who may have felt misunderstood to feel seen and valued.
