Adult DBT Skills Group
The DBT skills group is designed for people who struggle with managing life's challenges and want to take control of the emotions, thoughts and behaviors that make their lives or relationships more difficult or intolerable. This group offers individuals tools to decrease the reactivity or intensity of their emotions. By learning new skills to use in the moment, clients learn how to get through a bad situation without making it worse, improve problem solving, ask for what they want and say "No" effectively, in order to reduce their suffering and increase their happiness.

Adolescent DBT Skills Group
The group meets for 90 minutes each week. It takes approximately 6 months to complete the program. New members join when new modules are introduced. Skill modules taught include: Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Middle Path and Behavior Analysis.
