Adolescent Intensive Outpatient (Hybrid)
The Adolescent IOP is an outpatient program that works with teens to overcome psychiatric conditions. This program may be a beginning for mental health care, a step up from individual services, or a step down from inpatient, PHP, or residential care. IOP supports positive changes while ensuring the integrity of the family unit through preventive, therapeutic intervention. The average length of the program is five weeks. Group therapy is conducted by licensed clinical social workers to compassionately help teens. While medications are managed by pediatric psychiatrists. The program incorporates evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
