DBT Skills Group for adolescents who may struggle with impulsive behaviors, emotion regulation issues, difficulties in relationships, etc. This group will provide coping skills related to mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Each module will operate on an 8 week rotation. Open enrollment allowed.
