Adolescent Art Therapy Group (TBD)
This is a 6-week in-person Art Therapy Group for Adolescents (ages 14-18). This art therapy group integrates therapeutic art making, journaling and talk therapy and focuses on self esteem, social skills, relationships, body image, identity, transitions, and managing stress and symptoms such as anxiety and depression. All identities are welcome in this group. All groups are in-person at our Burlingame office. Please email if you are interested in joining.

Adult Anxiety Group (TBD)
This is a 6-week in-person group for adults who want support around anxiety symptoms and behaviors. The groups are a structure of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). This group is open to adults, but is especially geared towards adults in middle age. This group may be a great fit for you if you are wanting to make changes -whether that is rethinking how you take care of yourself, making a career change, shifting how you communicate in relationships, or connecting more with your community.
