ADHD Group For Teens

Are you having difficulty managing ADHD symptoms and the impact it has on your mental health? Do you struggle to maintain relationships due to impulsivity, hyperactivity, and frequent frustration? If so, this group is for you! This group will focus on identifying stressors and learning coping strategies to manage ADHD symptoms and the mental health challenges that follow. Our ADHD group will provide an opportunity for teenagers to be supported by other teens going through similar life experiences.
