Relapse Prevention Group
The Relapse Prevention Group, now meeting virtually, is a group for people in recovery from addiction and co-occurring disorders. Recovery with a relapse prevention focus involves identifying and managing warning signs and high risk situations for relapse, the daily maintenance of one's spiritual condition, mental health and physical health, and learning how to have healthy relationships. The Relapse Prevention Group helps its members maintain recovery through group therapy, education, and assignments. It is recommended that members utilize outside mutual help support groups as part of a recovery program.
