This group is catered for women. Therapeutic dance/movement session with the integration of Trauma informed Yoga, somatic practices, mindfulness meditation and verbal processing. This group will focus on integrating the mind/emotions, body, and spirit for holistic health. Movement is proven to decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety.
