ABC of Conscious Relating
Times like the ones we are living today allow us to see with a magnifying glass what our patterns are in relationships (suffocation, feeling of loneliness, jealousy, need for space, guilt, etc.). I have decided to offer a 4 session workshop specifically focused on this topic, where you can: bring to consciousness the relationship dynamics that you build in your life and disarm these patterns to achieve healthier relationships. Tailored for both, people who are in a relationship, and those who are not and want to work on their limitations. You can come alone or with a partner.

Reconnecting Lovingly to Our Body
In this online process we will look into our relationship with our bodies, our shame, our compensations, how we don't listen to it and we will open the channels for a healthier relationship between us and our bodies. The group will be online, in english, Friday - Sunday, and we will have teachings, meditations, therapeutic work, sharing, and movement activities, We will explore this topic in a deep, gentle and loving way.

Do you feel you don't have what it takes to be loved by someone else? This workshop will bring light to the shadows that keep you away from connecting consciously to someone else.
