I believe in creating a safe and trusting relationship between the client and therapist. Therapy can be hard work and getting started can be scary, however making art and stimulating creativity can ease this process. As your therapist, I will encourage you to use your creative imagination as a vehicle to understanding your inner turmoil, psychic pain or stagnancy. Along the way we will be implementing these effective tools in cultivating a more fulfilling life experience. Main office line is 972-544-6633.

Your strength is in your story, and my goal is to help you, or your child, share that story in meaningful ways that brings lasting change. Life can be unpredictable and overwhelming, but I believe you have within you what it takes to cultivate the changes you desire and find the happiness you deserve. I believe everyone, including children, when given a safe and judgment free environment, can find the confidence within to thrive, even when life gets messy. I want to encourage and help you, your children, and/or your family to discover the strengths that can carry you through whatever life throws your way.

This is a safe and therapeutic environment for family members or friends of individuals who are dealing with trauma and explore ways to implement healthy coping and support skills. PTSD symptoms can cause problems with family relationships, professional and personal life. Going through this constant battle can be very troublesome and frustrating, but there are ways to build and move beyond. It is a closed group and requires a screening interview prior to participation. Please call or email if you are interested in joining this group

I love helping individuals grow to their fullest potential, as they utilize tools that reside within. My experience includes working in Private Practice settings and Veteran Mental Health/Rehabilitation facility. Additional experience has been gained by working in adolescent residential treatment, and intensive outpatient. My counseling experience has given me a natural ability to work with individuals, groups, and families of any culture or background. I have the ability to meet individuals where they are in life and help implement tools to grow. My expertise includes working with Veterans adjusting back to civilian life, adults, and adolescents. I modify therapy for your specific needs.
