This group is designed to enhance individual therapy. It focuses on how childhood wounds affect our current relationships. Each day begins with a guided meditation, followed by teachings, experiential processes, and time for reflection and journaling. This is a powerful intensive program that meets for a 4-day "weekend". Two experienced therapists use many different group processes to help you in your growth. These include psychodrama and breathwork. The group addresses a variety of issues such as codependence, fears, self esteem and relationship issues. The group is held at a retreat center in the North Georgia mountains. It is an excellent adjunct to individual therapy. Check website for dates.
