12 Week Therapy Group based on IFS

This group can help those who feel isolated and ashamed of their disordered eating. At HHC, we believe healing can happen while being in a safe space with caring people. After a time in individual therapy, many clients are ready to enter a small group where they feel comfortable and can grow with the other group members.
