This group is a virtual group led by my colleagues Kayla Lopes and Angela Valeski. Connect with a cohort of parents to learn coping skills for the struggles of everyday parenting, including self image and identity, self regulating to be a calm and consistent role model for our kids, and learning ways to prioritize yourself in the list of people depending on you. (Yes, you are actually allowed to laugh during sessions!)
PLAYING YOUR FINEST ROLE will use Psychodrama and other action methods. This workshop will explore and enhance the world we live in, both internally and externally. It will allow us to heal the past, clarify the present, and imagine the future.
