Wes Knepper LCMHC, MHA

Wes Knepper, LCMHC, MHA, is a therapist and Director of Clinical Quality at SonderMind, whose mission is to redesign behavioral health through increased access, expanded utilization, and improved mental health outcomes.

Prior to joining SonderMind, Wes served as the Vice President of Quality Management at Alliance Healthcare. In that role, he provided quality oversight to the entire behavioral health network to ensure good client outcomes, integrated service delivery, and coordination of care. He also worked providing direct care in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings with a special interest in integration between physical and behavioral health and using data to support providers in delivering high-quality client care. Additionally, Wes provided behavioral health services while embedded in primary care settings. For more than ten years, he has focused on client satisfaction within behavioral healthcare, ensuring that clients feel good about their care and achieve the results they desire.

Wes holds a Masters of Clinical Psychology from Western Carolina University as well as a Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina.
