Sean M. Horan, Ph.D. conducts research that tends to focus upon two theories: Work-Life Border and Affection Exchange. With these theories, then, his main areas of research entail exploring implications and management of workplace romance as well as risks of affectionate communication (e.g., deception, STIs).
