Rebekah Lipsky, MS, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, is a licensed mental health therapist specializing in supporting adults going through major life transitions. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and American Sign Language from the University of Rochester in 2014 and Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University in 2016. Rebekah has worked in different outpatient mental health settings, and in the Fall of 2021, started her own virtual private practice. She was featured as a guest on CBS WLNY’s The Donna Drake Show to talk about navigating big life changes and the importance of self-compassion. Rebekah is an integrative therapist, but often practices from ACT, CBT, IFS, and Person-Centered frameworks. She sees clients in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Florida.
