Jett Stone, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist who conducts individual and couples psychotherapy in his Connecticut- and New York City-based private practice. He attended the University of Michigan and then the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, where his interest in psychology bloomed after reporting on the misuse of cognitive stimulants and interning for Psychology Today. Stone went on to obtain his masters in psychology at Columbia University and his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the Derner School of Psychology at Adelphi University. Stone completed his intern year of clinical training at the VA Medical Center in Manhattan, where he developed a passion for addressing the silent crisis of men’s mental health. He did his postdoctoral training at SelfWorks and then joined a mental health startup before launching his psychotherapy practice specializing in men’s health. In his current clinical practice, Stone works with high performers in business, academia, healthcare, and the arts and serves as a supervisor for clinical trainees. He is also a part-time organizational consultant at WorkHaven.
